Our operational model

Learn. Grow. Impact.

Three interconnected divisions turn positive peace theory into practical change. Each one is aligned with the Eight Pillars, creating a continuous cycle of learning, policy formulation and direct community action.

PPF Training Hub

Our civic capacity-building engine

The PPF Training Hub equips emerging youth advocates, local leaders, educators and municipal actors with practical, action-oriented toolkits rooted in the Eight Pillars framework.

  • Delivering accredited workshops in active mediation, interest-based negotiation, and non-violent communication.
  • Training local community leaders to identify and de-escalate municipal tensions before they turn violent.
  • Empowering youth cohorts to design and execute peace-promoting civic initiatives in their local regions.
